This year’s revamped Golden Globes brought several changes to the show. But it was business as usual on the red carpet, with hundreds of celebrities seemingly relishing the chance to give us something to ogle after last year’s strikes prevented many from posing for cameras at awards shows and events.

There were party dresses. There were sequins. There was a lot of red (crimson dresses, apple heels, oxblood tuxedo) with hints of “Barbie” pink and the color purple.

Aside from perhaps Jason Sudeikis, who wore a crewneck sweater that Styles reporter Jessica Testa said sparked “flashbacks of him wearing a hoodie during Zoom awards days,” almost everyone looked stylish. The 20 people on this list, however, managed to stand out a little more than the rest.

The actress, who wore outfits inspired by the doll’s clothing throughout much of the “Barbie” press tour, continued that streak in a hot pink Armani Privé dress and a tulle boa that looked like a loofah. The look was inspired by the Superstar Barbie toy.

A pearl necklace and belt chain elevated the “Saltburn” actor’s Louis Vuitton jacket and pants, and helped hide the fact that their prints didn’t exactly match.

The singer looked chic in a thrift store in a boxy Willy Chavarria jacket, a khaki skirt, and Mary Janes with socks a similar color to her bangs. She accessorized her outfit by tying a black ribbon from a birthday gift around her neck.

Although the singer’s film “Eras Tour” was nominated for a Golden Globe, her Gucci dress covered in sparkling chartreuse sequins seemed to scream “Reputation” as loud as possible.
