The great new series that you should see for the weekend is XO, kitty, the 10-episode spin-off series of the to all the boys film franchise

You will be following Kitty, the teenage matchmaker who meets her long-distance boyfriend in South Korea.

The series has garnered good reviews since its debut yesterday with decision maker saying that there are “enough layers” beyond the synopsis to get you hooked. Also, the series has more to come, so watch this space.

Asterix and Obelix: The Middle Kingdom (2023)

On the new movies front, Netflix today received the new French children’s and family film set in the world of the popular Asterix comic strip.

Having recently received a theatrical debut in France, it is now coming exclusively to Netflix in select territories. Follow Gallic friends Asterix and Obelix as they travel to China to help Princess Sa See save the Empress and her land from a nefarious prince.

While most reviews weren’t particularly hot, The Indian Times perhaps he made the most of it, concluding: “The film is fueled by exciting moments, high production value, and a fresh story, but it looks better independently from the iconic comic book series. It’s family entertainment for those who don’t mind a slow clock…”

On the unscripted side, Netflix got another season of its Selling Sunset reality series today with 11 new episodes.
