He was the presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni who questioned the unions for the 17 protections presented in court.

“So far 17 amparos have been presented in court, strikingly all protections are promoted by unionsin contrast to those presented by businessmen and investors, which add up to 0,” the spokesperson noted.

In that same sense, he insisted emphatically: “There is no protection presented by those who provide work and create employment in this country.”

The presidential spokesperson referred to the letter as a document he received from a union organization.

“Especially the support of the Argentine Industrial Union (UIA), which made a presentation in court to defend what corresponds to labor issues,” said the spokesperson.

After going to the unions for the judicial presentations, Adorni referred to the letter document sent to him from ATE Capital warning him that “discount for exercising the right to strike is illegall”.

I reaffirm every word, whoever does not work will not get paid. The right to strike is guaranteed and has no relation to being paid or not paid. What we are not going to do is make Argentines pay a state employee who does not go to work,” said the spokesperson.

He also suggested to the union that Daniel Catalano “consult his lawyers” because he will not make “any discount personally.”

The letter documents Adorno.

Adorni also pointed out against the unions when he warned that the Government does not understand the reasons why the CGT and the CTA called for a 12-hour general strike.

“There is no justification. We do not fully understand. It is only a few days after the inauguration and it is indeed what the people voted for,” he emphasized.

After insisting on the idea that “politics has to live up to it,” in reference to the approval of the omnibus law, Adorni said that “it catches his attention” that the justification is the one put forward by the trucker leader and co-secretary. . of the CGT Pablo Moyano “with definitions such as the DNU must be reversed, the law must be reversed.”

“Everyone knows what Argentina they want and they act accordingly. We promote changes and them stopping and making many people unable to go to work“he noted.
