Welcome to another roundup of what’s on Netflix for the next seven days. It’s going to be a busy week on the newcomer front, so here’s your preview of what’s to come, plus some of our most anticipated upcoming titles.

The best new movies and series coming to Netflix this week
All American: Homecoming (Season 2)

After unexpectedly being licensed by Netflix in 2022, All American: Homecoming has been streaming its second season throughout the fall and into early 2023. The new season is now scheduled to hit Netflix right after its season finale aired. at the end of March 2023.
For those unfamiliar, the show serves as a spin-off for all american. Season 2 consists of 15 episodes and the show has yet to receive a season 3 renewal on The CW.
The seven kings must die (2023)
Coming to Netflix: Friday
The Saxon Stories have been brilliantly adapted into the historical series The Last Kingdom, which originally began airing on the BBC before moving to Netflix in later seasons. Sadly, the show’s fifth season marked the end of the series, but it will return in this new feature film at the end of the week.
According to Netflix, here’s a sneak peek at what to expect on Friday:
“For a century, war has raged across the land between its inhabitants and the Danish invaders. But now peace has been established with the country nearly united: only Lord Uhtred of Bebbanburg, who rules Northumbria, has yet to pledge his land to the throne. But when King Edward dies, peace is threatened as his two would-be heirs, Aethelstan and Aelfweard, fight to claim the crown.

Coming to Netflix: Sunday
At the end of the week, we’ll be watching some Universal movies on Netflix, including the Focus Features movie, the mustang.
Roman, played by Matthias Schoenaerts, is the main character and follows him as a convict in a prison in rural Nevada. He participates in a rehabilitation program in which he trains wild mustangs.
