The accused has acknowledged that he was with the two young women on the night from Friday to Saturday, but maintains that the relationship was consensual, according to sources cited by the French BFMTV.

The two young women were invited by Jolgens to his house in Vitry-sur-Seine after visiting a nightclub. The ‘influencer’ encouraged them to drink alcohol and then took advantage of their drunken state to rape themaccording to the victims.
The women reported the events on Saturday morning and the man was arrested in his vehicle when it was parked in front of his house. The suspect remains in police custody this Sunday.
